How it works day to day
A company admin switches on the tracking they need and sets the warning period. From then on, every new record asks for the relevant expiry date when it is saved.
Each morning the dashboard shows what is approaching expiry. Staff open the record, contact the holder or the client company, and start the renewal — well before the deadline.

What happens to records added before I switched it on?
Existing records keep working. Their expiry dates are optional, so you can fill them in over time while new records require the date.
Who can change the warning period?
Only company admins. Staff accounts can see the alerts but cannot change the tracking settings.
